Now Hiring – Assistant Director of Finance

Assistant Director of Finance- Duties will consist of paying accounts payable weekly, following TLC verification procedures. Will keep ledger and journal entries up to date and balanced monthly. Will acknowledge all receipts and purchase orders and provide reports necessary to prepare financials. Will attend meetings and in-service training on request. Will meet with independent CPA and board treasurer as necessary and assist in the annual audit. Will perform all payroll processes for semi-monthly payroll. Will assist in preparing budgets. Will perform clerical/administrative support duties as specified by the Director of Finance. Will calculate insurance deductions based upon information provided. Will cross-train on all financial functions including but not limited to billing, purchasing, and financial management functions. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related business field with five years of accounting or finance experience. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
