The Learning Center is an Early Intervention Day Treatment Program treating children ages birth to 5 years old and offering:
- Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy services
- ABA based interventions in and out of a classroom setting
- Onsite Nursing
- A food program offering breakfast, lunch and snacks
- Transportation Assistance
Outpatient Therapy Clinic
An Outpatient Therapy Clinic treating children birth through elementary school age and offering:
- Physical, Occupational And Speech Therapy Services
Adult Development Day Treatment Program
An Adult Development Day Treatment Program treating adults 18 years and older offering:
- Activities of Daily Living Skills
- Basic Life Skills
- Social Inclusion
- Community Outings
- Onsite Nursing

The Learning Center of NEA is also a NDTA facility partner. Currently 7 of our therapists are NTD Certified: An intensive 7-8 week long training to improve improve treatment of children with motor movement disorders.
